About this space
Relax with friends and family in this charming, recently refurbished house. This delightful home is just a stone’s throw from the beach at Felpham and the promenade linking Aldwick and Felpham. With popular restaurants within a few minute’s walk, this is a great location for a holiday or short break, and is close to Chichester and the Goodwood Estate, famous for its horse and motor racing.
The space
Enter the house with the spacious sitting room on the left which is bright and airy with a bay window overlooking the front of the house. To the rear of the house is the charming dining room with log burner, perfect for meals and games with the family. The modern kitchen overlooks the rear garden where you can toast marshmallows around the fire pit. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a large king bed, with two large windows, making it a bright and sunny space. Further down the corridor is a second king bedroom, overlooking the garden. At the end of the house is the large family bathroom with freestanding feature bath as well as a walk in shower, plus a separate loo.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire home to themselves.
There is on-street parking in front of the property as well as additional parking in surrounding streets.
The house is very close to the beach and the attractions of Felpham, Bognor Regis and the surrounding areas.
Other things to note
Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys – please be careful with them.

The Felpham Bazaar is a convenience store located on the Felpham Road, just a few minute walk away. There are a Tesco and Sainsbury’s close together just a 6 minute drive away in Bognor,

Local Restaurants
The Lobster pot is a seafood restaurant overlooking the beach, and a few minutes walk from the house. The Fox Inn and The Thatched House in Felpham are just under a 10 minute walk Blakes Beach Bar and Terrace is at the end of the road near the beach and The Tamarisk Restaurant at the Beachcroft Hotel is also just at the end of the road.

Local Attractions
The beach and the Promenade are a minute walk away at the end of the road. Turn right when you hit the Prom and you can follow it all the way to Bognor and the entertainment on the Pier and Crazy Golf opposite and further on to Marine Park Gardens and West Park. Turn left when you get to the Prom and get to Felpham Beach and all the way to the end at Summerley. The house is just a short walk from Butlins, with its newly refurbished pool and indoor water park as well as fun fair and entertainment and shows. Day passes are available and it is well worth a visit with the children.
